Privacy Policy

This statement discloses the privacy practices for The Graphics Report.

Any personal information (including email address) we gather from you will not be shared with vendors, advertisers, or other entities outside of The Graphics Report. Some general demographic information you provide may be shared with potential advertisers and partners, but in no case will that information include specific personal data. Any financial transactions will be done by a secure connection (SSL) and any data gathered during those sessions will not be used for any other purposes than to verify and validate the transaction. We do not retain credit card numbers or other identifiers relating to credit cards or checks, so future payments will have to be initiated by you. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is stored and maintained in a secure environment.

You will receive confirmation emails when you sign up for a subscription to The Graphics Report or a free trial issue. If you sign up for a free trial issue we will send you ONE follow up email asking if you would like to subscribe. If you subscribe you will receive two emails towards the end of your subscription period reminding you to resubscribe. If you do subscribe you will receive an email each time an issue is available, containing a link to the current issue and your password enabling you to download it.

Your email address may be used for special notifications from The Graphics Report staff, but only when deemed absolutely necessary.

Occasionally, The Graphics Report may ask subscribers to complete a survey, which will be used to ascertain your satisfaction and/or ideas about the publication. You can always choose not to reply to these surveys.

We will only supply subscriber information to other entities when the law proscribes the necessity of doing so.

If the ownership of the company changes, we may transfer our database, as part of these transactions. If this should happen, we will inform you in advance and you may request that your information be eliminated prior to this happening.

The Graphics Report may also disclose subscriber information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to, or interference with The Graphics Report's rights or property, other The Graphics Report subscribers, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Policies, item availability and prices are subject to change, in which case we will inform you prior to changes being made.

The Graphics Report is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear on our Web sites or in our publication. We are not responsible for claims and other information that our advertisers may include within their advertisements. We will take care to make sure that all advertisers are supplying as accurate information as possible, and we reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuations, or typographic or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions.
